Returns & Exchanges
1—At Bride and Sole we provide our customers with a
generous 30 day return and exchange policy. What that means is that you have 30
days from receiving your shoes to get a refund or exchange. With exchanges, you
are responsible for shipping the items back to us and your new shoes will be
charged the same flat $7.95 shipping rate through UPS Ground. There are no
restocking fees for exchanges or refunds. After the 30
day window, shoes will not be accepted for refunds or exchanges. If you
return an item to Bride and Sole after 30 days, we reserve the right to return
them to you at your cost or throw them out.
2—The costs
incurred when returning or exchanging shoes are the responsibility of the
customer only. You are welcome to use any mail carrier to return items to us,
but we suggest using delivery confirmation with the US Postal Service. ALL
shipping costs incurred are non-refundable. Any charge from UPS for a
package that is returned due to a bad address or refused will be charged to the
customer.
3—We do not accept
returns or exchanges on shoes that are worn, dyed, soiled, or have toe marks.
Any item returned to us that is too dirty to resell will be considered soiled.
You can avoid soiling or toe-marking your shoes by test fitting them while
wearing stockings. We reserve the right to ship back any non-resellable items we
receive from a customer at the customer's cost.
4—At Bride and
Sole, we have your new shoes shipped directly from the Touch Ups warehouse to
save you time and money. When you return your shoes to us, we expect to receive
them in the same condition they were sent out. Please make sure the following is
done when sending shoes back for a refund or exchange:
4a. The
original tissue paper and plastic bags that came in your shoebox must be
present.
4b. Do not
tape anything to the shoebox.
4c. Send
shoes with its original shoebox.
4d. Ship
shoes only in large enough box. (Any damage to shoes in route to us is the
customer's responsibility)
4e. Do not
ship already dyed shoes. We reserve the right to ship back any
non-resellable items we receive from a customer at the customer's cost.
5—As we said
earlier, Bride and Sole will have your new shoes shipped directly from the Touch
Ups warehouse. Even though your shoes are shipped from the warehouse, please
note that ALL RETURNS MUST BE SHIPPED DIRECTLY TO BRIDE AND SOLE. The Touch Ups
warehouse is incapable of processing returns, so if you ship there, you will
have to pay to get your package shipped from the warehouse to Bride and Sole.
6—When you place
your order, it will be delivered to the “SHIP TO:” address that you
specify during check out. It is your responsibility to be available to receive
the package when it is delivered. If you are not present at the time of
delivery, it is possible that it will be left at your doorstep. If this is not
acceptable, please change the “SHIP TO:” to a location (preferably a
commercial location)
where someone will be present to receive it. Bride and Sole will not be
responsible for shipments delivered to the “SHIP TO:” address when no-one
is available to receive it. DO NOT REFUSE YOUR PACKAGE. If you refuse a
shipment, UPS charges us to return the package to the warehouse. Your card will
be charged the exact amount that UPS charges us to return the package to the
warehouse.
