Bride and Sole thanks you for visiting our site and considering us for your
event. We sell many dyeable shoes here but we DO NOT do custom dyeing.
These dyeable shoes can be dyed by your local shoe repair shop or dye
establishment for a fee (varies by city).

JOHNATHAN KAYNE SHOES |
DEPENDING IF IT’S INDOOR OR OUTDOOR (NATURAL) LIGHTING YOUR DYEABLE SHOES
WILL LOOK DIFFERENT
Ultra violet light is found in the “natural” light spectrum and will cause the
color of your dyeable shoes to change slightly in different light settings. This
is a natural phenomenon and cannot be avoided. For example, shoes dyed beige,
peach or taupe may have a pinkish hue in outdoor light. Dyeable grey and blue
tone prom shoes may have a purple tone to them in outside light. In fact, the
color of your shoes will appear different between shaded and direct sun light
conditions. Insist on approving
your color before your shoes are dyed. Every pair of shoes from Touch Ups comes
with a piece of test material. Ask your dyer to put the mixed color on the
test material so you will be able to see your view the color in an event
setting. This way you'll know exactly what color your shoes will look like
when they are finished.

LIZ RENE SHOES |
OUR SHOES MAY BE DYEABLE, BUT DYEING IS MORE ART THAN SCIENCE
Dyeing shoes is an art and when done properly, your shoes can match your dress
perfectly. However, textural differences between your gown material and your shoes will prevent a perfect match. If
properly dyed however, the color of your shoes will blend well with
your dress
ensemble, coming as close as humanly possible to the hue and depth of color
found in your gown.

WEDDING PUMPS |
SHOES ARE DYEABLE, BUT ARE NOT WATER RESISTANT
Dyes are water-soluble and dyed shoes that are
exposed to water or heavy moisture may bleed or stain. You can protect your
dyeable shoes with a water repellent spray.
The spray is water resistant and will not make your
dyed shoes fully waterproof but it is the best available protection against
staining. Be sure to check the spray application instructions to
ensure that it won’t alter the dyed color and will work on your shoe fabric.
Do take note: Not unlike “color fast” shoes, once your dyeable
shoes are sprayed with a water repellent spray you will not be able to
re-dye them in the future.
